Most parties begin with a short cocktail hour (30-60 minutes) followed by dinner. Prior to the meal, a short speech or presentation is presented by the President or person in charge of the event. This is a good way to make your guests feel welcome and set the tone for the evening.

From the beginning of your event, we will play light background music, always at an enjoyable volume level so your guests can easily converse. The music can consist of Classical, Jazz, New Age, Christmas, or any music that is appropriate for your event.
